Fuyue User Agreement

1. Special Notice
This Fuyue User Agreement (the "Agreement") is an agreement entered into between you and the operator of Fuyue regarding the registration, login, access, and use of the Services.
You are one party, and the other party is Fuyue TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. For the purposes of this Agreement, you and Fuyue are collectively referred to as the "Parties" and individually as a "Party."

Please read and fully understand this Agreement carefully before registering for or using the Services, in particular the provisions on age restrictions, user code of conduct, virtual items and payments, user content license, account deletion, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution. By clicking to agree, completing registration, logging in, or actually using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please stop registering for or using the Services.
We do not accept payments from, or conduct business with, individuals or entities from Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk. If you are from these regions, you may not be able to use our Services.
2. Services
Our mission is to help people find like-minded friends, make real connections, and share moments of life. To advance this mission, we provide you with the following services:
a. User-generated content.
Fuyue allows users to distribute live-streamed media, use chat, message boards, forum posts, voice interaction services, and other features, and participate in other activities in which users can create, post, transmit, perform, or store content, messages, text, sounds, images, applications, code, or other data or materials ("User Content") on the Services. Users of the Services may also overlay music, graphics, stickers, virtual items, and other features provided by Fuyue (the "Fuyue Features") onto User Content and transmit such User Content through the Services. The views expressed by other users on the Services (including views expressed through the use of virtual gifts) do not represent our views or values.
b. Helping you discover content, products, and services you may be interested in.
We may show you advertisements, offers, and other sponsored content to help you discover content, products, and services offered by the many businesses and organizations that use Fuyue.
c. Combating harmful conduct and protecting and supporting our community.
We have dedicated teams around the world and have developed advanced technical systems to detect abuse of our Services, conduct that is harmful to others, and situations in which we may need to help support or protect our community. If we discover such content or conduct, we will take appropriate measures, such as providing assistance, removing content, removing or restricting access to certain features, disabling accounts, or contacting law enforcement.
d. Making our Services available to users worldwide.
To operate our global Services, we need to store and distribute content and data in data centers and systems around the world, including outside your country of residence. This architecture may be operated or controlled by Fuyue TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. and its affiliated companies.
3. Accounts
To open an account, you will need to provide us with certain information, such as an account name and password.
You must be at least 18 years old and meet the statutory minimum age required in your jurisdiction to register for and use the Services. You may not misrepresent your age, impersonate others, or otherwise circumvent age restrictions. If we discover or have reasonable grounds to believe that you have not met the age requirements, we have the right to restrict features, suspend, or close your account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, restricting access to your computer, and for all activities conducted under your account or password. Please ensure that the information you provide to Fuyue at registration and at all other times is true, accurate, current, and complete.
We may allow you to register for and log in to our Services through certain third-party services. The collection, use, and disclosure of your information by third parties will be governed by the privacy policies of those third-party services. For more information on how Fuyue collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you link your Fuyue account with any third-party service account, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to disable your user account at any time, including if you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms, or if activity occurs on your account that we believe will or could cause harm to or disrupt the Services, infringe or violate the rights of any third party, or violate any applicable law or regulation.
If you no longer need our Services and wish to delete your account, you may do so through "Me - Settings - Account & Security - Delete Account" in the application; if you are unable to use the in-app deletion function due to account anomalies, please contact us at: hapday2026@163.com, and we will provide assistance and guide you through the entire process. Once you choose to delete your account, you will not be able to reactivate the account or recover any content or information you added.
4. Privacy
Fuyue takes your privacy very seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to learn how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information, and how you can manage your online privacy when using the Services.
5. Use of the Services
Your access to and use of the Services is subject to these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You agree to comply with these Terms of Service and Fuyue’s community self-governance rules and will not:
a. Create, upload, transmit, distribute, or store any inaccurate, unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or other content that violates others’ privacy, portrait, or personality rights, or is harassing, threatening, abusive, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable;
b. Impersonate any person or entity, falsely claim an affiliation with any person or entity, access another person’s Fuyue account without permission, forge another person’s identity or the content of information transmitted through the Services, or engage in any other similar fraudulent activity;
c. Defame, harass, abuse, threaten, or deceive Fuyue users, or collect or attempt to collect their personal information without the consent of the user or third party;
d. Remove, circumvent, disable, damage, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services or User Content, block or restrict the use or copying of any content accessed through the Services, impose restrictions on the use of the Services or User Content, or remove copyright or other proprietary notices on the Services or User Content;
e. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Services or any part thereof, except as expressly permitted by the law of your place of residence;
f. Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Services or any part thereof, except as expressly permitted by applicable law, notwithstanding this restriction;
g. Interfere with the operation of the Services or any user’s use of the Services in any way, including uploading or otherwise transmitting viruses, adware, spyware, worms, or other malicious code;
h. Tamper with identifiers to conceal the source of any User Content transmitted through the Services;
i. Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services, or violate any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the Services; use the Services in any way that may interfere with, disrupt, adversely affect, or hinder other users’ full enjoyment of the Services, or in any way damage, disable, overload, or impair the functioning of the Services;
j. Attempt to bypass any content filtering technology we use, or attempt to access any service or area of the Services for which you are not authorized;
k. Use the Services for any unlawful purpose, or violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation, including but not limited to laws relating to intellectual property and other proprietary rights, data protection, and privacy.
Fuyue is not responsible for any User Content or any loss or damage arising therefrom, nor is it responsible for any errors, defamation, omissions, false information, obscene content, pornographic content, or profane content you may encounter while using the Services. You use the Services at your own risk. In addition, these rules do not confer any private right of action on any third party, nor do they create any reasonable expectation that the Services will not contain any content that violates these rules.
Fuyue is not responsible for any statements or representations contained in User Content. Fuyue does not endorse any User Content, views, suggestions, or opinions, and expressly disclaims any liability for User Content. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fuyue reserves the right to delete, filter, or edit any User Content posted or stored on the Services at any time, without notice, including where such User Content violates these Terms of Service or applicable law. You are solely responsible for creating backup copies of any User Content you post or store on the Services, and for bearing the related costs. Any use of the Services in violation of the above terms constitutes a breach of these Terms of Service and may result in, including but not limited to, the termination or suspension of your right to use the Services.
6. Virtual Items
You may only purchase virtual coins ("Coins") and virtual gifts ("Gifts"), send gifts to others, receive gifts of monetary value, earn virtual points ("Points"), and, if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may withdraw Points.
Coin prices will be displayed at the time of purchase. All Coin fees and payments will be made through the relevant payment method (such as the payment channel designated by the Platform) in the currency displayed on the page at the time of purchase. Currency conversion settlement, foreign transaction fees, and payment channel fees (if any) are subject to your agreement with the relevant payment service provider.
You bear the cost of purchasing Coins. After the purchase is completed, the Coins will be credited to your user account. Coins may be used to purchase Gifts. Coins are not redeemable for cash, legal tender of any country, region, or political entity, or any other form of credit. Coins may only be used on the Fuyue Platform and may not be used in conjunction with other promotions, coupons, discounts, or special offers, unless we provide otherwise.
Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, all Coins and Gifts are non-refundable after sale. Coins and Gifts are not redeemable for cash, and we will not provide refunds or compensation except where required by applicable law or otherwise required by app store rules.
7. Payment Terms
We accept major credit cards, certain debit cards, and/or other payment methods that we may offer through the website from time to time. You must comply with all terms and conditions of the payment method you choose. By submitting an order through the Services, you authorize us or our designated payment processor to deduct the purchase amount from the account you designate. All payments will be settled in the currency displayed on the page at the time of purchase.
Our payment processing partners may require you to provide certain personal data (such as a valid government-issued ID, your legal name, address, and date of birth) in order to process payments through their financial institutions and to comply with applicable international, national, federal, state, and local laws and regulations. They may also contact you directly regarding any payment issues.
If an online purchase is rejected due to an issue with your payment method, please ensure that all information is correct and resubmit. If the online transaction still cannot be completed, please contact customer service via the email address associated with the purchase. For purchases on the Services, you may contact hapday2026@163.com.
8. Intellectual Property
All text, data, images, graphics, audio and/or video information, and other materials in the Services provided by Fuyue are the property of Fuyue and are protected by copyright, trademark, and/or other intellectual property laws. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as granting you any intellectual property rights or any license to such materials.
By using the Platform’s Services and/or uploading any live-streamed content or other content to publicly accessible areas of the Platform’s website, you grant the Platform and its sublicensees a license, for the purpose of providing, operating, improving, and promoting the Services, which is a free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, and fully sublicensable right and license, without territorial or temporal limitation and without any approval and/or compensation, to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, edit, dispose of, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and publicly display such content (in whole or in part), and/or incorporate such content into existing or future works, media, or technologies. After you delete your account, we will no longer use your content for new promotional purposes, except where such content was forwarded by other users before deletion or where retention is required by law.
9. Termination of Services
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fuyue reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to terminate your license to use the Services (including posting User Content) and to block or prohibit your future access to and use of the Services, including when we have reason to believe that: (a) your use of the Services violates this Agreement or applicable law; (b) you use or abuse the Services fraudulently; or (c) for technical or reasonable business reasons, we are unable to continue providing the Services to you. This includes terminating or suspending your access to any purchased products or services. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, if you are dissatisfied with any of the following: (i) the Services; (ii) any provision of these Terms of Service; (iii) any policy or practice of Fuyue in operating the Services; or (iv) any content or information transmitted through the Services, your sole remedy is to terminate your account and stop using any part of the Services.
10. Disclaimer
You bear all risks involved in using the Fuyue Services. Your use of or reliance on the Fuyue Services is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform does not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements, nor does it warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted. No warranty is made as to the timeliness, security, or accuracy of the Services. You acknowledge and agree that the Platform provides the Services "as is." The Platform makes no express or implied representations or warranties regarding the operation or provision of the Services, or any part thereof. The Platform assumes no liability for the quality, timeliness, accuracy, or completeness of the Services, or for any consequences that may result from your use of such Services.
Fuyue does not warrant the accuracy and completeness of any external links accessed through the use of the Services and/or provided for your convenience. Fuyue is not responsible for the content of any linked website or any links contained in a linked website, and Fuyue assumes no direct or indirect liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Services. In addition, Fuyue is not responsible for the content of any web page directed to you through external links not controlled by Fuyue.
Fuyue is not liable for service interruptions or other defects caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond Fuyue’s control. However, Fuyue will make reasonable efforts to minimize the loss and impact caused to you thereby.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be submitted to and finally resolved by arbitration at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with its arbitration rules in effect at the time. Such rules are deemed incorporated into these Terms by reference. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore. The language of the arbitration shall be Chinese or English, as determined by the arbitral tribunal based on the circumstances of the case.
12. Information Requests
Any request involving the Fuyue Services, whether related to potential, anticipated, or current legal proceedings, investigations, or disputes, or any request for third-party user information, must be made through appropriate legal process and properly served on Fuyue through Fuyue TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD.
13. Amendments to the Agreement
We may amend the terms of this Agreement from time to time, for example, when we update service features, consolidate multiple applications or services operated by us or our affiliates into a combined service or application, or when regulatory requirements change. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to inform all users of any material changes to these Terms, such as by posting a notice on the Fuyue Platform. However, you should periodically review this Agreement to stay informed of such changes. Your continued access to or use of the Services after the effective date of the new Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop accessing or using the Services.
14. Miscellaneous
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties regarding the subject matter hereof and other related matters. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, neither party has any other rights under this Agreement.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, by a competent authority for any reason, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue to be valid and binding.
The headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not be considered in interpreting this Agreement.
